General Hospital 2-week spoilers for Oct 6-17, 2025  follow Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) making a significant arrest, while Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) confronts Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), as the Port Charles Police Department (PCPD) zeroes in on him as a prime suspect. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) finds herself in a tough spot as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) questions her motives. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) warns Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to protect himself as the police close in on him. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is also in for a surprise when Martin Gray (Michael E Knight) informs her about Drew Cain Quartermaine's (Cameron Mathison) lawsuit.

GH spoilers give a twist at Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will reading which leaves the Quartermaine family in shock. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) confides in someone about her concerns regarding the PCPD's focus on Michael as the suspect. 

Spoilers for General Hospital see an alibi falls apart, and Anna is forced to make an arrest.
